We have only recently joined SeniorenPartner and are also new to the subject of 24-hour care.
Contact with the agency has always been pleasant, there has always been someone available and the staff have been friendly, flexible and helpful.
As my mother was still in rehab and it wasn't quite clear how long this would last, I couldn't give an exact date for when we would need a caregiver. That wasn't a problem.
The caregiver has only been with us for 4 days, so I can't say too much yet, but she makes a competent and friendly impression, speaks good German and has a driver's license.

WS assessment not complete, as no facility but only the placement service for caregivers is claimed.

Our father is cared for by two very friendly people. A slightly better knowledge of German would make things easier. All in all, we are completely satisfied and grateful.

Thank you very much for the super-fast help! We found a very competent lady with a good command of German within a week. My father has now been cared for by the Senioren Partner team for almost 2 years, always alternating between two extremely caring nurses. He is really well looked after in his familiar surroundings and great importance is always attached to human interaction.
A service worth recommending!

From the initial contact to support during the care period, the office staff are a valuable and trustworthy link, especially in the event of language problems. They provide support in all contractual matters with sample templates; there were only uncertainties when it came to invoicing the caregivers. The seamless changeover has worked very well twice so far, the mediation was even on site, thank you very much! We can only recommend SP, provided the relatives stay in contact.

Seniorenpartner has provided us with very good, dedicated caregivers so far. Even when a lady suddenly had to go home because of a sudden death, we had a new carer within 4 days - that was great! We are not entirely satisfied with the current lady. But we are confident that this can be resolved amicably. Therefore, a sincere recommendation from our side, but not full marks

The initial interview, in which we understandably had a lot of questions, was very detailed and no questions were left unanswered. The agency was able to provide a caregiver in a very short time and we are very satisfied with her so far.

The staff on site are very friendly and speak good German. The office staff are reliable and call back if a question cannot be clarified immediately.

Unfortunately, the billing was not always error-free, but was corrected without any problems.

I have been working with SP for almost 3 years now. After we went to a lot of trouble together to find the right carers for my father, things are running smoothly. If there are any difficulties with the local carers, SP takes care of them as quickly as possible. I would always recommend SP and am very satisfied.

Hospital stays and lonely times were softened by her and we always had a good feeling that someone cared - even when no one from us could be there.
Unfortunately, our aunt has now gone after a short but difficult time and the contract was terminated without red tape.

All in all, we would like to say thank you and will definitely recommend Seniorenpartner24 to others.
