I was very enthusiastic about the seminar. It wasn't a minute "boring" or "dry", the time flew by far too quickly. The group business was of less use to our hotel, as we hardly have that and are primarily a vacation hotel. There was a lot of good and useful information and it will certainly take some time to integrate and implement the new knowledge into everyday life. The Hotel Exquisit has already signed a revenue management contract and we are excited and looking forward to it!

I can always highly recommend her seminars/webinars. She always makes her seminars very clear, although the topics are sometimes quite dry, due to calculations or the like. She always manages to put me under a spell with all her know-how. Ms. Spalteholz is the perfect consultant for me in terms of revenue management and I think that this will not be the last seminar/webinar for me.

Absolutely recommendable... Among other things, small anecdotes and funny incidents from other hotels enhance the seminar and ensure that the material is not too dry. And also from these "interludes" every hotelier can still draw valuable knowledge for his own yielding and revenue work.

As discussed in the closing session, there were a lot of takeaways. The advanced seminar built excellently on the basic seminar. What I could actually still imagine is that the topic of price elasticity could be deepened even more. This topic has a lot to offer in economics, which is why an analogous deepening in the hotel industry would be conceivable. Thanks again!

It would be desirable if individual hotels and tasks could be addressed in more detail.
For example, an objective is set at the beginning and strat. Solutions and tools are explained. However, I can very well understand that this is not feasible for one day.

Due to the small number of participants, individual and personal consultation as well as processing of the tasks was possible. There was always time for questions. The two days of online seminar were by no means lengthy or stubborn frontal sound reinforcement, as intensive communication and group work were always included. Thus, one could become creative in the exchange with each other, share one's knowledge and participate in the experiences and reports of the other participants.

Also the helpful tips and tricks of Mrs. Spalteholz were gladly accepted, in order to apply these in the future also.
She conveyed the main topics attractively and in an urbanized way with her background knowledge, so that one received a good introduction to the topic of revenue and yield management.
