I had to deal with this company twice. Once to my satisfaction, the second time was a pure disaster: When an employee damaged several parts of my furniture and also denied it, although it was obvious (3 witnesses present), I said it was my own fault; after a short time he escalated and he also became insulting (he called me a stupid cow). The company boss let me of course no apology and refused to take over damaged parts, except for one. In addition. was arrived with a smaller car, so that the same things as the first time found no place, with a detailed list is requested in advance, which should be driven. Conclusion, never again. The few euros less per hour were really not worth it with the damage and all the stress. Next time again a professional team!

unfortunately, we cannot accept your comments as they are:
1. such an insult, as you state, has never been pronounced by our employee!
2. you have reported 2 damages, of which the scratch on your piece of furniture was obviously already there before the transport. The back of the cabinet was caused solely by lifting it.
According to our liability conditions, which you can read on your moving contract, we are not liable for damage caused by "natural or defective condition of the removal goods, as a result of which they are particularly easily damaged, especially by breakage, malfunction, rust, internal spoilage or leakage."
In addition, you had your own helpers which leads to another disclaimer "Handling, loading or unloading of the removal goods by the sender."
Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to file the damage to the rear wall with our insurance company and asked you for the necessary documents. You did not provide us with these documents, but instead gave us a deliberately business-damaging assessment. We are therefore considering taking legal action for damage to business.
3. comment on the truck: we have 2 trucks (3.5 tons), which are identical in size. In exceptional cases, we drive with the truck (3.5 tons) of our subcontractor, which is slightly larger.
