SPEED.FIT is more than a classic fitness club. SPEEDtraining is a time-saving and effective full-body workout. Two training units a 15 minutes per week are enough to lose weight or build muscles. SPEED.FIT Berlin-Mitte is probably the EMS studio with the largest number of members in the world. Due to the high demand, there may be waiting times for membership registrations.

In just under 2 years I have lost 2kg of fat and gained about 2kg of muscle mass. Important is the continuity and the own time management to do the workouts regularly every 3 - 4 days.
