Even if sometimes I go there tired, I always come out full of energy, with good body feeling and good mood from Sportina . I have been there for many years . The team motivates and coaches through the workout! The music supports the movement and is good for the soul. Since I am already over 60, I do the exercises according to my physical capabilities. The young women really step on the gas - but every woman can do the workout according to her possibilities! Even when I go there with pain in a joint, I immediately get substitute exercises that do real good and that I can also do in everyday life. Highly recommended!

I am super satisfied with the support from the staff. For me, the opening hours are often not quite suitable, but I arrange myself or at least try to do so. The exercises are sometimes very demanding and I am often exhausted after the workout (which is great and I also expect). I can absolutely recommend Sportina.

I've been at it for a very long time. Still, it never gets boring. You can achieve a lot with little time. Although everyone trains together, the individual is taken care of. I can recommend without reservation!

I have been a member since 2016 and am still very satisfied. I can recommend SPORTINA without reservation. The trainers are always friendly and manage to motivate. The training is varied and super fun. My visit to SPORTINA is an integral part of my everyday life. It has changed my life and I can only recommend everyone to make an appointment for a trial training.
