Mr. Steffen took a lot of time and convinced us extensively, knowledgeably and very friendly of the advantages of his bed system. The delivery took place a week later. Unfortunately, the ordered bed system did not fit into our bed frame, but a call to Mr. Steffen was enough and we immediately found a solution, which the team of Betten Star then implemented the same day to our complete satisfaction. The system is not cheap but we have not yet regretted the investment! We simply sleep wonderfully!

We went to the store in Siegburg with many questions and felt very well advised there. We bought a motor frame with mattress and accessories. Delivery absolutely on time, extremely friendly and polite assemblers, who took time for explanations. All in all, only to recommend.

In December 2020, I bought a new upholstered bed with a radio-controlled motor frame from the company Betten Star. This was after previous bed or mattress purchases in furniture stores the first purchase in a bed specialty store and a certainly expensive at first glance, but ultimately worthwhile purchase that is worth its price! Back complaints are certainly not "overnight" completely disappeared, however, I have a significant and lasting improvement immediately determined. Ultimately, the radio control of the motorized frame also contributes to this, as it allows a wealth of different and back-friendly settings in a simple and convenient manner.
This is also the result of a qualified and intensive consultation, which I have not experienced in this form in the general furniture trade. Good service and friendliness of the staff round off the very positive impression.
I can only recommend Betten Star as a specialist store, as advice and service are clearly above the services of the general furniture trade.

Comprehensive advice

I got a straightforward help in relation to my mattress. Mr. Steffens personally looked at my mattress and granted me a free solution. That's what I call customer service.

2 motor frames and 2 mattresses bought on 18.04.20 in Bad Honnef.

We bought new plate frames and Bodypur mattresses at Betten Star in Siegburg a good 2 weeks ago. The purchase advice by Mr. Steffen was excellent and convincing. An old farmer's rule says that who sleeps badly scolds the bed. After punctual delivery and perfect assembly, we no longer have any reason to grumble about the bed. Buying a bed from Betten Star was a good decision.

About 5 years ago we bought a nice double bed with comfortable mattresses at Betten Star. This also included a slatted frame - adjustable by remote control. However, we never used it until we now wanted to fall back on this option due to illness. Unfortunately, the motors of both beds did not work as they should.
We called Betten Star in Siegburg and were in for a big surprise. The motors were - after 5 years! - exchanged on goodwill, as well as the remote controls.

We were very happy about this and now that the purchase of a comfortable guest bed is pending, we will buy again from Betten Star in Siegburg.

Since my wife and I always had back pain in the morning, despite relatively new mattress, we wanted to get advice in the store in Rottbitze.
There we were very well advised and bought a new bed and the associated plate slatted frames and the mattresses, mine a little harder than my wife's, because I weigh 130 kg.
After the quick delivery and complete assembly, we were curious how our first night in the new bed would probably be....
We were both surprised, because we had no back pain and both had no desire to get up! Otherwise we always got up early because of the back pain.
Now after a week and still no desire to get up in the morning but I must share our positive experience to others.
We have not regretted the relatively expensive purchase, because our now calmer and pain-free sleep is worth it to both of us!

Have also made the mistake of ordering mattresses online. These all did not keep what they promise.
I then went to Betten Star Bad Honnef and have received there a detailed competent advice. I was thrilled that Mr. Steffen has designed this sleep system himself. The goods were in stock so I had my new sleep system installed within 2 days. have Bodypur now for 6 weeks and feel pudelwohl and my back problems have become much less.
Although I have of course paid more it is understandable, because as they say in the Rhineland so: "Wat nix costs is also nix.
