Hello, I have been using Staffomatic with my team for more than 6 years now in order to better organize the processes and services for everyone. Especially in a practice it can sometimes be hectic and good organization is the key. My employees were able to familiarize themselves well with the system at that time, everything is very clear. If something can't be found directly, we can always look it up in the help center or write to the great support team. What I like most is that we are not treated like a number, but are always helped in a friendly and personal way. A big thank you for that!
The only small criticism I can make is that the new version of Staffomatic sometimes seems a bit too confusing for us. But we were also used to the old system for years.
The team makes a lot of effort and we have the feeling that our wishes and suggestions are really heard.
All in all, I can say that we are very satisfied and highly recommend to try the app.

We have been using Staffomatic for a few months now and have now rolled it out in all departments. We use shift planning, absence planning and the working time account. The introduction was uncomplicated and our employees have accepted it quickly.
In fact, 2 improvements we suggested have already been implemented. You can tell that the team continues to develop the tool with customers and updates are coming all the time.

After the price increase two years ago I had tested some competitors - but I found for a long time not too intuitive as easypep and especially often even more expensive, so we like to stay here.

Although the app can be a bit slow at times, it is still extremely useful and allows us to stay up to date while on the go.

We didn't even know at first that we could plan other than with Excel and Whatsapp, and through a recommendation I got to know this great app. Not everything is perfect, but neither were the others. Instead, I can now let my employees plan themselves, and if something happens, the support is really mega fast, genuine and friendly. That already started with the sales person.
At the beginning I was a bit annoyed that some things didn't work, but in the meantime more and more updates are coming and so I'm positive. With the new mobile app, my employees are also getting more involved and appreciate the transparent duty scheduling. In the meantime, we also use time tracking and working time account, Staffomatic takes more and more work off our hands. Keep it up!
