Great coaching with lots of new impulses. I learned a lot about myself and was able to combine everything together in a huge motivational boost that will catapult me into my new self-employment. I am very grateful for the intensive, personal advice & support from Barbara, which did not stop even after the official end of the coaching. On the contrary, Barbara continued to work with me on many content-related and organizational issues and gave me helpful tips. I can recommend the coaching to anyone who is at a crossroads or feels inwardly that perhaps it is time for a change, but has not yet dared to do so. And in general, "we women" should stick together more anyway and use our clearly superior communication, multitasking and networking talents more to become even more successful with them. I particularly liked the lively design of the workshop; it made me want to embark on the "journey to a new job"; it was stimulating, encouraging and a bit like an initial spark, according to the motto: This exciting phase of reorientation is fun, it gives you the chance to find out more about yourself and thus move forward more purposefully. Nevertheless, I find many of the questions asked difficult to answer, as they do not affect the format of the online workshop and are certainly more relevant if you book a complete workshop. I am also considering doing this, as Barbara is able to inspire me. In this context, I find it a pity that the discount campaign is linked to a 3-day response time; I would like a little more time to think about this.

I would definitely recommend your workshop to others, because most people need someone to get them out of the woods ;) It was great how you structured your points, with that one can make hooks and consequently see his progress and celebrate stage victories.

The number of participants is very clear and allows a good exchange. The process is well structured. Nice impulses. Was fun.

A very interesting webinar, as the job-to-go formula was new to me. The workbook sent out beforehand makes perfect sense in terms of preparation and encourages self-reflection. Thank you very much for the informative workshop. I can imagine that your offer can be very meaningful especially for women who are looking for new orientation and the group can provide support and many suggestions.

Since I am already at a different point, only the networking module would have been interesting for me. However, when I read the contents in detail, I did not find enough information about networking for possible self-employment.

PS: Why don't you just offer the workshop online for viewing on a regular basis without direct participant contact. The principle is the same: Offer at certain times, with registration, but without personal contact. This way you can keep up with the demand, but you can offer the workshop more frequently and possibly reach even more interested people. If you want to maintain personal contact, a mixed workshop offer would also be conceivable.
The content of the workshop is suitable and your moderation is anyway.

In my search to position my application documents even better, to find an alternative to advertised positions and to convey my profile more convincingly, I feel not only understood but also competently advised by Barbara. This is not a well-distributed knowledge transfer according to the "Schema-F" , but an individual support. With the offer each willing can effect their own optimal change....and it's a lot of fun!
