Before my coaching session with Steffi, I had a lot of chaos in my head when it came to my self-employment and my offer in particular. And I was totally in my own way because my doubts were completely blocking me. I was also quite skeptical about the concept of 1:1 coaching, as I had previously had a very bad experience with it.

Steffi managed to create a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere right from the preliminary meeting and then in every call. At the same time, we worked on my issues in a targeted manner. She took the time to explain things and we used different exercises to change our perspective and look at certain topics differently/more deeply, which gave me some new insights. The written summaries and follow-up questions/exercises after each session were also very helpful.

I now have more clarity regarding my current offer design. I have also understood where I am blocking myself. As a result, I now allow myself to think/dream a little more freely again. And I know which topics I can continue to deal with and dare to do so.

I recommend coaching with Steffi to other women who, like me, have doubts about themselves and/or their job, e.g. due to: Uncertainties about where the path should lead / if they are struggling to find out what they really want / if they want to recognize what is blocking them and what they can do about it.

I was given the two-day workshop as a gift. I am very grateful for this, because I learned a lot about myself during the two days through the exercises and was able to take a lot away with me. I was very satisfied with Steffi's Decision Queen workshop and was able to take a lot away with me.
One of my big takeaways for my everyday life was to take even more control of my own life. This starts with the small decisions and extends to the decisions that are not made. Which, from that point of view, is also a decision. I can't remind myself of this often enough.

Desicion Queen Workshop
I decided to attend the "Decision Workshop" because I always find it difficult to make the "right" decision.
After these 2 days of workshop, I have now been given some great exercises to help me make the right decisions for myself in the future.

The content of the workshop was super inspiring & very helpful for me.
The workbook also contains some very profound exercises that have given me a lot of pleasure and opened my eyes, which now strengthen my decision-making ability.

Stefanie explains things clearly and gives many supporting examples or shares experiences from her own life, which makes listening and understanding very exciting.

I now feel empowered with all the knowledge and techniques to shape my future with better decisions.

Overall, I can only warmly recommend working with Stefanie. :)
