Stefanie Indrejak succeeds in a professional and at the same time sympathetic way to win her audience and to integrate them spontaneously. The lecture was entertaining and absolutely inspiring. The examples are from real life and you feel directly caught. Stefanie Indrejak is a speaker with a lot of personal experience! The stories of situations from everyday life are like a wake-up call towards faster decision-making and better self-responsibility. Feedback from the audience: they were able to integrate the valuable tips into their everyday lives. There is something for everyone - to think about, to smile about and to be inspired by. It's worth it, absolutely recommendable !!!

Ms. Indrejak accompanied the increase in competence in virtual meetings at our company. We were immediately impressed by her friendly, honest and competent manner. Within a very short time she had exactly THE right concept for our purposes, but also clearly communicated where she could help us and where the limits of feasibility lay.
Through this sincere and determined way of working, we immediately felt addressed. Her flexibility and uncomplicated manner also inspired us during the cooperation and, in this industry, also very "refreshed". We can already feel the results of the trainings and workshops with her and they actively contribute to the cultural change of our company. We are happy that through the results of the collaboration we can set a new standard for virtual and, above all, effective meetings. We will certainly come back to Ms. Indrejak and also implement future projects together with her.

In the briefings for clarifying the assignment, she asks the right questions, prepares very individually for her client and inspires the participants in the collaboration. Ms. Indrejak succeeds very well in conveying understanding for the respective other position with its different requirements to both employees and managers. Thanks to her positive view of the topics, even difficult contents of one's own work experiences and behaviors become well comprehensible and acceptable for each course participant. We particularly liked the fact that Ms. Indrejakt places a strong focus on everyone's personal responsibility for their own actions: She actively encourages everyone to question themselves and their contribution to the situation, including possibilities for change. From this, her participants can generate a valuable impulse for themselves to align their actions and attitudes in the future. Ms. Indrejak's seminars were rated very highly internally, so that we can recommend Ms. Indrejak without reservation to any company that, in addition to imparting knowledge, also attaches importance to the link to the values of the individual employees.

We have now already held the 2nd seminar for our managers with Ms. Indrejak and all participants were again very enthusiastic!
We think it's great that Ms. Indrejak is very responsive to individual needs and topics that are currently topical in the company during the planning of the seminar and then implements and incorporates them in the training. She gives very good practical tips and the atmosphere during the seminar is very pleasant and trusting.

Ms. Indrejak has looked after us very well, already the preparations for the seminar were intensive with personal discussions and arrangements.
The atmosphere during the workshop was very good, Ms. Indrejak has supported in the right moments and otherwise let the participants work out a lot independently and thus understand better. The participants were all very satisfied with the workshop.
We would like to thank Ms. Indrejak for the great seminar day and would be happy if we could do further advanced courses with her later on.

What I particularly like about Stefanie Indrejak is the practical relevance. Although I also learn the theoretical basics, mainly I have received many tips for immediate and practical implementation. She is very committed, always stays on the ball and can help in many areas through her extensive experience. I don't have to keep looking for a new trainer / coach for every topic.
