I particularly liked the fact that I became more aware of my own strengths through practical exercises such as energy killers, looking silently into eyes for 4 minutes, recognizing potential in other people's faces, and so on. What is important for me is the realization that I already have all the abilities within me, I just have to remove ballast and disruptive factors in order to gain more freedom for my goals. I now find it very helpful that I can write down every day what I have achieved today. Everything more consciously! Thank you very much, we have not been there for the last time and have already booked with you for our daughter and grandson. Great opportunities to live more consciously!

I would like to thank you very much for the seminar "Inner Art of Living". It was an enriching experience that helped me to gain new perspectives and make better use of my inner resources. Steffen's passion and vocation brought the content to the point. The practical exercises that enabled me to apply what I had learned directly were particularly helpful. The 4 days are an absolute benefit for anyone who is ready to make a change. You won't get more support, ideas and new approaches anywhere else! The follow-up support is an important tool, as new questions or constellations that arise can be incorporated here again and again. Everyone has to use it themselves - but only everyone decides for themselves whether they want to change something!

I particularly enjoyed the great atmosphere, the location and of course Steffen's special, appealing way of providing suggestions, impulses and knowledge transfer. We had a long drive home, which was ideal for reflection. The meditation was particularly impressive for me (although I don't find this easy at home!).

Many thanks to the whole team. I am very positively surprised so far, but still slightly overwhelmed with the whole program. It's very time intensive, but what I've learned is that you can't let yourself get stressed. Everything happens in its own time and you can or should take small steps bit by bit. That alone is a very big step for me. For which I am very grateful. I take a small step every day.
Steffen radiates such a calmness that sometimes makes me wonder! But I am still very grateful and glad that I was able to get to know him and would recommend him again and again with a clear conscience.

Dear Steffen,
I've already worn out many of your colleagues, but I particularly like your calm manner and the way you distance yourself from the esoteric buzz. High praise.
What I did not like so much was the topic of water, which was addressed with some clear false statements and arguments.
The same thing happened with the last trainer we visited. This was also a reverse osmosis system, which was advertised with the same arguments. The sales department is obviously very "lively". This is a huge issue for us (Aquion, which actually fits in much better with the spirit of your seminars). Anyone who tells something false that is believed, then something is wrong in this country. And anyone who doesn't feel committed to the truth can put forward the most fantastic arguments that lead many people to make a suboptimal decision. That doesn't fit in with the quality of your seminars and, in my opinion, doesn't belong there either.
But that's just my humble opinion.
I don't recommend anyone else but you.

I can absolutely recommend Steffen Kirchner's annual coaching program. It is worth every euro without having to go into detail. Since I invest the value on the one hand in me and at the latest after the day of finances a multiple of the investment is possible. I have achieved more for me personally in the year than some decades before. Steffen and his team have always been open to questions. The retreats are very profound and I am already looking forward to repeating them at a later date. I wish Steffen and his team only the best and a good time!

Two wonderful days with a lot of positive energy, which certainly bring me a bit further to come into clarity, to develop my potentials and to go my way.
