I have known Steffen Wetzel for many years via LinkedIn. We met in person for the first time this year when we were both speakers at the Vertrieb.Business Live event in Cologne. What I really appreciate and like about Steffen is that his knowledge of LinkedIn is very deep and, above all, very practical. He doesn't give theoretical ideas with utopian performance promises ("10 appointments per week WITHOUT cold calling"), but conveys how LinkedIn really works. As a social network in which understanding the target group, content and, above all, really good, direct communication are important. This is very valuable in times when "social selling" is often conveyed as a pure concept of content posts and then waiting for customers or as a scaling concept with bots, automation and mass messages. This is strongly complemented by the fact that Steffen is very familiar with funnels. Customer acquisition is not a one-off event, but happens via many contact points. That's why I enjoy exchanging ideas with Steffen as a colleague and can always get good tips from him.
