Ein Coaching bringt jeden weiter und ein Business-Coaching bei Stefie Rapp ist "Gold wert". Wer will nicht strahlen, zufrieden und erfolgreich in seinem Beruf sein?

Es sind vermeintliche Kleinigkeiten, die durch ein Coaching bei Stefie Rapp die Veränderung bei mir in Gang setzten. Danach ging vieles so viel leichter.

Sie nimmt sich Zeit und führt auf sehr achstame, ruhige Weise. Ist sehr erfahren, sehr professionell, ...

Um in seiner Selbstständigkeit Herausforderungen leichter meistern, seine Handlungsmuster besser verstehen, destruktive Handlungen lösen zu können und ... um weiter erfolgreich zu werden/zu sein/bleiben zu können, ist man bei Stefie Rapp goldrichtig. Ihr ganzheitlicher Ansatz, lag mir dabei sehr. Es sollte kein Luxus sein. Jeder sollte, um besser und erfolgreicher zu werden ein Coaching bei Ihr besuchen. Man kann nur gewinnen!

Steffi accompanied me at Medical Coach. She is a wonderful and open person, very appreciative, always has the complete overview of what is happening in the group and gets the right tool out of the bag at the right time. Her radiance also readily transfers to the entire group. She knows how to make the presentations lively and bring all participants along. Her feedback is open, honest and forward looking. I enjoyed it very much and I am grateful that she accompanied me at the Medical Coach. Highly recommended :-)

Thank you very much for the great execution of the seminars in the context of the Medical Coach Training. Steffi Rapp inspired and captivated me with her warm, open, lively manner. I would especially like to mention her appreciative manner. Steffi Rapp has an incredible sense for what the participants need. She makes the seminars lively, with many exercises and participation of the participants, but she also immediately notices when the air is out and the participants need a break. She asks the right questions and immediately recognizes where the problem lies. She gave me tools and exercise tips to be able to approach things in a structured way and to steer my thinking in a different, positive direction. I learned a lot, had many tools explained and shown to me and practiced in the group exercise. We laughed a lot and had fun. I am completely enthusiastic and can wholeheartedly recommend the Medical Coach training with Steffi Rapp.

The trainer imparts her knowledge competently and cordially.
Here, the profession is still a vocation and a matter of the heart to bring the team members in their own leadership competence. Team-building measures can be put into practice immediately.
Our effect was immediately a good working atmosphere and I as a boss could better read the needs of my team members. Thank you very much, I will gladly come to further courses.
