The coaching with Mr. Aussersdorfer was an absolute enrichment. He helped me to dissolve hindering thought patterns and replace them with valuable ones. His positive manner and exceptional attention make you feel good and secure the whole time. The training is well thought out and sustainable.

I had 2 great and above all informative seminar days with Mr. Ausserdorfer. Due to the fact that it was a one-on-one coaching, he was able to respond well to my requirements. At no time did I have the feeling that he only wanted to "push through" a certain methodology regardless of the need.

Getting to know Stephan Aussersdorfer through the temporary HerzensMenschen project has proven to be a great enrichment for me. We have indeed found that in our work we live the philosophy of combining business and humanity wholeheartedly.

Stephan got the maximum out of the three weekends for us: A lot of content, a detailed document to read (will keep me busy for a while ;)) and the optimal opportunity to practice to be able to gain experience themselves. All this in a very pleasant, calm and humorous way, which always put the topic in the foreground.

Stephan brings a lot of experience with him and likes to incorporate his extensive knowledge as practical examples in the training. The focus is mainly on the practice and application of the newly learned knowledge.
In the field of hypnosis and NLP definitely always worth a training weekend!

Got to know Stephan as a very structured and friendly coach. The training has appealed to me very much and brought me a lot further. I would have liked to see some of the participants, who repeatedly tried to fill the training with their own content, slowed down earlier and content that was unpleasant to these people would not have been apprupt but controlled towards zero. Nevertheless, Stephan is a top trainer.

Stephan Aussersdorfer lives what he says, immediately conveys confidence with his passion for what he does. I especially like that every concern in our group was understood immediately and individually. He creates an understandable clear level of communication with each participant, regardless of prior knowledge. I see learning and continuing education as a wonderful gift for my personal life and I believe I can speak a bit for the whole group. We were gifted, with rich impulses, with cheerful cordiality and a package full of useful knowledge. The manager coaching seminar was a great choice for me and I enjoy it. As a guide in our educational culture, I would always recommend him.
