Mr. Haack was extremely personable and it was pleasant to have him advise me. He was not afraid to show me advantages but also disadvantages and seemed very open and honest. He took my personal wishes into account and that's how I ended up with the insurance I wanted.
He also showed me the possibilities for preventive care, which is also important.
I am really very satisfied and will come back here first (if there is a need).

Very good service in the settlement of a home damage. Fast and uncomplicated.

Very detailed advice on insurance and finance.
Only some (quite specific) disadvantages of PKV were not mentioned.

ERGO's costs are higher than those of direct insurers, for example. Good service costs money, that must be clear.
