I like to come to Sun&more and treat myself to my short vacation... when Mary is working it is always clean... she is helpful, honest and totally hardworking...
The only thing I find a bit strange is that they clean with glass cleaner... that's probably what the studio management wants

Good evening,
I come to you for years to tan but since a few times I have experienced a lady what I find very naughty! She always works Tuesday in Freiburg Haid.

I came today at 19:28 took the cabin 4 for 20 minutes which has repeated 1000 times that at 20 clock is the end. To each customer she said it! So I have paid go into the cabin purely the curtains were still net even to the has simply started my cabin. I was 16 minutes below but paid for 20 minutes! What does the lady makes the fuse off and the cabins have gone out!

After me there was another lady and she also said that she still had a few minutes and the cabin also went out!

That is so cheeky! The woman is damaging to business! I'm just speechless apart from the oily floor she does not want to clean because otherwise she comes out after 20 clock!
