This course was unspeakably valuable for me! It made something tangible for me that I've always felt but couldn't grasp. It helped me to define myself more clearly and to stand within myself. It has set a lot of good things in motion that are still unfolding.
I have already recommended it to a few people and since then I keep meeting people who are also going through these processes.
I would have liked the specific examples to deal more with the topic of covert narcissism. As I have had this experience, it was often neglected or not addressed at all.
Unfortunately, I have still not received the book "The 12 Keys to Self-Love" that was included in the course. I have apparently not yet found a level where this has been heard, because I have already given this feedback elsewhere.

Through the combination of the self-help course (narcissism) and a number of such beneficial and strengthening, clarifying coaching sessions with Sylvia, I have been able to make enormous progress in dealing with myself and the consequences of a narcissistic family of origin. It was particularly helpful how the videos get to the heart of the matter in an understandable and blunt way in combination with the individual conversations and coaching sessions. I have come to understand and realize that many of my diffuse and very unpleasant physical symptoms as well as behavioral and thought patterns are related to this issue and am experiencing improvement step by step. This is not always easy and is also exhausting, but I am very grateful for the support that is gradually creating a whole new quality of life for me and those around me.

I did not rate the consultation as I am attending a webinar without a personal consultation.
It is my first webinar and I find it varied, informative, touching and at the same time clear and to the point.
Personally, it has given me a new piece of the puzzle to understand what I have experienced in relation to my parents. In particular, I can now better understand and explain my relationship with my mother. I now understand where my eternal feelings of guilt come from and how deep they run. I want to get away from that. The webinar supports me in this.

The training weekend with Sylvia was a wonderfully intense and expanding experience. Sylvia's seminars are very interesting, informative, interactive and in-depth. I am very happy to recommend her.

The weekends were always very entertaining and yet very intensive. The modules are all very interesting and varied. You get a lot of input, both theoretical and through the many practical exercises. I also liked the alternation between large and small groups. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to analyze some of the practical exercises to see how they could be implemented well within a group. Overall, I was able to take away a lot for myself, for which I am very grateful.

Sylvia is very empathetic, yet has an overview of the overall situation. I would want to work with her again anytime.
