I was able to do coaching for job interviews with Ms. Georgsson in Cologne. Overall, I am VERY happy with the entire process. I was able to learn a lot and was also challenged and encouraged in my weaknesses very appropriately. We also addressed my fear of exams and worked together on a strategy and self-presentation that gives me much more self-confidence. We managed to do all this even though our time was very limited. Ms. Georgsson even tapped into her network for me and connected me with a great company. Thanks to my training, the job interview went really well. Really great! Thank you very much!

Christina Georgsson is very professional and dedicated and she gives a lot of useful practical tips. I felt very well taken care of and learned a lot about myself. The application documents have become more than "respectable" with her support, thank you for that! Agreed appointments were always kept. The PAR method and analysis are good tools for focusing on the job.

The application portfolio check with Ms. Georgsson was the starting point for my personal coaching. The personality analysis and its evaluation was particularly helpful for me.
I was able to successfully implement her useful tips on my application documents immediately. During my onboarding phase, Ms. Georgsson supported me with targeted coaching methods to identify my main topics and to derive useful measures for practice. The regular exchange with Ms. Georgsson was always very open and honest. Thus, clear recommendation.

Participation in the XpertAcademy represents a significant enrichment for my coaching work. With empathy and appreciation, Christina Georgsson and Bettin Kahlau vividly conveyed the contents. Some coaching methods I already knew and never used were taught here in great detail and differentiated, so that they now play an essential role in my coaching work.

For each task there was a feedback round afterwards. This encouraged me to be more precise in my professional orientation and to focus on what I can do well and what I enjoy doing.

In a pleasant atmosphere, there was a professional exchange both with the two experts and with the other participants. I can highly recommend this training.

If you want to know and understand your personality better and broaden your scope of possibilities in search of new perspectives, this is the right place for you. I have received many impulses and inspirations that bring me forward on my path of reorientation very well.
