Heldenmütter, ist ein Unternehmen, welches sich durch langjährige Arbeit mit Müttern und Kindern im beruflichen Kontext , sowie durch persönliche Lebensereignisse entwickelt hat, um Mütter darin zu unterstützen gut für sich selbst zu sorgen und damit ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen können und wieder ein harmonisches Familienleben leben können.
Der Zeitpunkt als ich Tanja als Mamacoach kennenlernen durfte, kam wie gerufen. Es kam zu einer Zeit, als ich vom Alltagsstress mit Kindern, Homeschooling und allem drum und dran zu ersticken drohte. Tanja hat von Anfang an meine Situation total verstanden und mich sehr achtsam und kompetent durch eine sehr schwierige Zeit gelotst. Heute kann ich sagen, ich bin über'n Berg und würde das nächste Mal nicht mehr warten bis mir das Wasser bis zum Hals steht, um mir von ihr professionelle Hilfe zu holen!
ICH habe an einer wundervollen Seminarreihe teilgenommen. Es war eine gute Mischung aus Fachwissen, Selbsterfahrung und viel Raum für persönlichen Austausch. Tanja hatte einen guten Blick auf die Bedürfnisse aller Teilnehmer.
Ich habe viel für mich Mitgenommen und kann Tanjas Coachings, jedem der sein Leben positiv verändern möchte empfehlen.
