The crawl course intensive, has definitely brought me closer to my goal with a lot of fun! Intensive two weeks are behind me. I was and am not used to swim training at least 45 minutes a day. As exhausted as one was, the better one felt. Full of pride and self-confidence!
At the beginning of the course, I could 'kind of' crawl. But a 25-meter lane took all my air and strength. I wanted to change that. My goal "crawl should be as relaxing as breaststroke" was born.
After the two weeks, my motivation is high to continue working on what I have learned. About 2 weeks after the course, I dared to do a 50 meter lane crawl. Instead of just once, I did it twice! The beginning is made! That gave my motivation another kick!
Now it's time to keep training and keep at it. I'm sure that I'll be coming back to Tanja again in the near future if I need to.
