Words are not enough to describe the services I got.

When my relocation process starts, I started to search for relocation companies from Google and made some interviews but i didn’t feel that I will get a service that I can’t do myself at the first stage and will pay so much. Every companies were sending big contracts& conditions and I didn’t feel any of them will take so  much care about me. Then I decided to work alone myself which I very shortly understand is not a good choice. Then one of my colleagues offered Taunus Relocation was very helpful for him and that was a milestone for my relocation process. Otherwise I’m not sure if I  gave up to relocate or not.

When we first meet with Andrea and her famous bike, she spent an incredibly long time to understand what we need, what we want to do, what will make us happy and that was an incredible introduction meeting and we decided to work with Andrea since we felt that she will spend her time and energy for us.

In relocation process there are hundreds of things that you should consider and Andrea followed every single steps like your family member. Really I’m not sure even your family member can deal with you as much as her. She got the initiative for all steps; informed about the all probable problems and offered alternative solutions; immediately come to help you if you feel you are stuck  in any case. Sometime she really made me  felt like that I’m her only client.

Lots of issues arised in Germany after we made the contract which she took care but she didn’t ask anything for these.

I can’t believe still such  people are existing in the world. Her helps were really priceless.

My relocation  process finalized very smoothly by the help of her( actually I’m not sure who helped whom. She really created a life for me in Germany.)

Now I wholeheartedly believe I have a friend in Germany who I can have a coffee anytime ; have a mentor who I can ask for a help whenever I need.

Thank you Andrea for everything, wish to stay in touch forever. You are the angel for our family.

I have utilized the services of Miss Annette from Taunus Relocation, and the services were exceptional, not only I got the complete list of the documents required for the process of my blue card application in Frankfurt Foreigner's office but also at each stage I was guided what improvements and additions I need to add to have successful outcome. It is renowned that with Frankfurt Foreigner's office, it often take quite a bit of time in getting appointment but with Miss Annette continuously checking on the status of my application with Frankfurt Foreigner's Authority enabled me to get the appointment well before my visa expiry and I was given the successful outcome of my application on the appointment day, I again thank Miss Annette and all the staff members of Taunus Relocation Services for their exceptional service and help at each stage. Taunus Relocation Services was a great choice. We reached our to the friendly team after not being successful finding a place / or getting to viewings as me and my wife were both London based at the time.

The team Andrea and Annette helped us not only finding a suitable rental property, with the added benefit of being close to an international school.

The search process took only a few weeks and we signed our rental agreement 4-5 weeks into the contract. I thought this was a pretty efficient and well invested money. After accessing our needs, the team scanned the market and provided suitable properties off and on the market. Taunus previewed the places and were even able to provide a virtual tour via video call. I decided to fly to Germany to see it for myself.

It saved me a lot of time acquiring local knowledge of school and transportation links and we would not have gotten this place without the Taunus's connections in the market.

I'm glad to be connected with Taunus Relocation Services.

I had contacted them for my Father-in-law's Tourist visa extension. Andrea was my Contact person.
She did an outstanding job in the visa extension totally Hassel free. We had no hopes when we approached the Foreign Office directly! Andrea and her team made it possible.
She did go her way out extra mile, dynamically handled the situation, worked transparently and responded on time with lots of patience.
I would highly recommend Taunus Relocation for anyone who needs support in relocation services around Rhine Main region. Also, they are do not charge exorbitantly!

I called Taunus Relocation Services only 2 weeks before leaving Germany and they reacted immediately organizing our exit with a very detailed checklist (de-registration, house and utilities, insurance policies, bank, etc.).
What I really valued is that Annette helped us to organize all the tasks in the right order and timing and with the necessary German documents, something we were really struggling with.
Arriving or leaving Germany can be difficult so having the right people at your side is very important to settle soon and properly. I highly recommend Taunus Relocation Services.

Very professional, friendly and fast service. I was bit worried in beginning due to slow response from the authorities, however Taunus relocation team helped me very efficiently to get visa extension for me and my family and they also helped quickly arranging the 'Verflichtekraung' to invite my parents here. Nice contact with a person solution oriented. I had to do a relocation from Switzerland to Frankfurt and Taurus helped me a lot to understand the german social system e.g. retirement funds and insurances. Thanks to their help, I discovered many things which were not intergrated in my work agreement which conduct at the end to refuse my relocation.
