We had our complete security system including cameras, alarm system, intercom with recording function put together and installed by the company Taurus. The whole fun was about 17T EUR, for which you can expect high quality.
After completion in mid-2018, the problems started relatively quickly, which were looked at quickly in each case, but always at a cost. However, the defects were only partially fixed, and the company Taurus does not seem to know the word goodwill.
The responsibility for problems or defects was never taken by Taurus; instead, the usual principle that "the other one" is to blame was applied. For example, we were told that the problem with the outdoor camera (which could not be controlled properly) was due to "not 100% cabling" on the part of the construction company and that we would probably have to tear out all the cabling again. It is worth mentioning that the offer from Taurus states that the cabling will be done according to their specifications (!!!).
The check that everything works like this has never taken place - only when we reported problems, it was checked with costs. The problem is not solved until today.
After only about a year, the 5,500 EUR expensive intercom system has now also gone. Here, too, we are told:
"Since the defect did not exist at the time of handover, the same was also handed over in working order, this is not a warranty case, so that our efforts are to be paid here. "However, we could turn to the manufacturer if we do not want to use. Here is already the journey lump sum approx. 100 EUR. Very caring.
I therefore strongly advise against working with this company.
