I was allowed to get to know team drumming under the direction of Ferdinand Sieglin as part of a seminar and was totally thrilled. My previous skepticism was already gone after a few minutes, also because Ferdi is such a likeable and open guy, and he managed to motivate and inspire us after a long seminar day and sumptuous dinner in such a way that we all would have liked to have had some more time. Ferdi, it was great and I can only recommend it to every team, whether they harmonize well or not, because it is simply fun. Many greetings Susan

We actually came across Teamdrumming via Facebook. After a first contact by phone it was clear : here the rhythm is right. Helge understood very quickly what our team is about and prepared an appropriate concept. The analogy - music voices correspond to the departments in the team - fits very well. Preparation and coordination was top. The execution was really exciting - even more than expected. It was unbelievable what dynamics were created. In the transfer rounds we were able to work out some things that are and will be important for us. The music was a lot of fun for all of us, everyone put their heart and soul into it. All in all, it was one of the best trainings I have ever participated in. A perfect mix of seriousness, fun, topics and music that captivated everyone. Thank you for this wonderful day - also on behalf of the team.

The involvement of the whole team with 20+ people worked out great and really everyone had fun. Especially the interaction, the movement and also the possibility to contribute oneself and to deliver a complete work with the group gave the team a lot and showed how easy collaboration is.
