We had engaged teamdrumming for a pre-event with our Agile Release Train (approx. 75 people) as part of the PI Planning. Preparation and execution were excellently managed and the event itself went down great with everyone involved! Not only the music making itself was great fun, but also the relating of the (together) work of agile teams with the forming of an orchestra was great moderated.

Ferdinand delivered exactly what I envisioned for our team: a birthday surprise and corporate team event with musical entertainment and teamwork improvement. He got our team to relax and have fun while bringing in the teamwork spirit, rhythm in music and harmony. He managed to get even the shyest people "carried away" and loosened up a bit. Everything went smoothly as he prepared everything in advance, explained step by step what each member should do with their instruments, and engaged everyone with his interactive questions. It helped bring our team closer together while we had fun and learned musical skills. I would recommend this to any company that wants to do something fun and original with their team while improving the synergy of teamwork. And I definitely want to do it again with my team.

Team drumming is a great experience! We tried it out at our company outing and were all super happy. We learned a lot and actually managed to become a small orchestra as a team in a short time. It was a lot of fun for all of us and we laughed a lot together. We would be very happy to recommend team drumming with Mr. Rosenberg!

My first contact with teamdrumming was the start of a 100% positive experience. Their response times were excellent, communication friendly, reliable and efficient all the same. My dealings with teamdrumming were with two highly professional consultants, two incredibly talented musicians and two performers who will give any team building event magical memories. And there is no challenge they seem not able to master - our event was for 130 people on a ship! I highly recommend their services.

They made a team exercise for the employees of the company I work for using Brazil's samba school instruments. They were didadic, patient and lively. Really got the audience engaged and playing. Very good to practice the fundamentals of teamwork. Awesome experience. I totally recommend.

As a manager of 30 people, I was actively looking for an activity which could promote team work and collaboration. Ferdinand and team drumming have gone above and beyond our expectations and have delivered on a 1h30min activity which has pleased the entire team. We were able to get some samba going and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

As a participant in Teamdrumming as part of a training/teambuilding measure, I was impressed by how well the organizational approaches from Brazilian music can be transferred to the processes in an agile company. It was an entertaining and productive day where the participants were able to take away a lot. Helge had the entire event very well under control and still allowed the team dynamics almost unrestricted. Very clear recommendation and many thanks to the team!
