We had a raft-building event (20 people) with coach Benni on 30.08.2024.
It was a lot of fun and Benni gave us great instruction. Benni had the right amount of tips for us. We can recommend the event to others 😀
Our team event with the crime rally was a complete success! The organizer managed to captivate us all right from the start. The puzzles were challenging but doable, and the storyline was well thought out and exciting right to the end. We particularly liked the professional organization and the detailed clues that put us on the right track without giving too much away.
The event not only brought our team closer together, but also gave us many unforgettable moments. A big thank you to the entire team of the organizer and especially to Hannes for this great experience! We can recommend the crime rally to anyone looking for an exciting and entertaining team event.
We had a great team challenge in Hanover and all our colleagues enjoyed the competition.
The 3 Teamgeist employees were very nice and explained everything well.
The only thing is that the rules of the individual challenges should be better/clearer agreed among the team members in advance so that everything remains fair when evaluating the groups.
We had already booked the challenge once a few years ago and would do it again.☺
It was an incredibly cool experience! Thomas guided us through the raft-building process but still let us think independently about how to build the raft. It was extremely rainy but the atmosphere was still there. The rain gave us a real sense of adventure! I would always recommend it to others. The whole team would like to thank Thomas for a great day!
We had a really great day and the E-Soapbox Grand Prix had the perfect conditions with the best sunshine. The arrangements and organization in advance were TOP! Many thanks to Florian, who guided us through the event with his motivation and his own enthusiasm for the cause through a great event

The supervisors were super friendly and created a good atmosphere right from the start. Everything was excellently organized and fun from start to finish.
This was one of the best team events ever and we plan one every year!
Planning and execution were great, questions were answered immediately and Adam, who accompanied us through the day of our Tab Tour in Warnemünde, was simply unbeatable.

For our staff day (87 participants), we booked the impulse reaction with Teamgeist. There are always people who don't want to do something like this. But even our skeptics were convinced!!! Arne and his team prepared and moderated everything perfectly. There was only positive feedback from all the employees! Great! Everyone took part, everyone got involved. We have all grown closer together again! Many thanks again to Arne Czeninga and his team! And next year we'll do the dragon boat race ;-)

All-round successful support for our event. We used the iPad film festival as a creative solution to present the results of the workshop the day before. Despite some critical voices in the run-up to the event, Hannes managed to inspire all the participants. The time management was spot on, which made our daily schedule very relaxed.
The organization of the day was excellent and extremely flexible. We had to postpone the original date due to the train strike and this was resolved very easily.
We will gladly recommend teamgeist to others!!!
We were looking for an outdoor activity for our management kick-off to get the team in the mood for the challenges in 2024. Teamgeist impressed us right from the start with their expertise and professionalism. The communication was perfect and the curling event was a complete success. It was great fun!

We had a curling event with Mr. Thomas Melzer from Teamgeist Ost.
Despite the freezing temperatures, he managed to get everyone on board with his friendly, relaxed, fun and always professional manner; so much so that we even had to play an extra round to allow everyone who was hungry for sport to take part.
It was an all-round successful event. We will definitely recommend you to others.

The day in Hamburg was an absolute team-building experience. Curling & dinner rally.
Very well organized down to the minute. Great friendly employees. Very creative features (re-enacting movie scenes). Technically sophisticated (including dynamic scoring in the backend). Mega tasty - bowls and knuckle of pork. Active in sports (8000 steps a day without realizing it). Mega location - including Pauli beach.
All in all 12 out of 10 stars! Made me want to go again.
