Theresa conveys learning content very individually and flexibly. Even with sensitive topics, she creates the necessary trust.
My entire team benefits daily in the application of the topics learned. I find the 1:1 training particularly helpful, in which I was able to discuss all questions and individual approaches to solutions with her.
I would not want to miss this experience in my professional life.

As a participant in a development program lasting several days, I was allowed to get to know Theresa a few years ago. Her pleasant manner immediately created an open and honest interaction within the group and led to the fact that we had developed a strong cohesion after a short time. The methodology and content of her workshops are absolutely to be recommended.

Theresa is the hammer, gestures, facial expressions and content simply fit together. When she says "you can do this", "you can do this", "change this" then you start to believe. She listens to you, lets you pick her up, and then follows up on what was said. Tools, tips and advice you hear elsewhere, but with Theresa they have content, values and make a good mood. Thank you Theresa for 5 days and one hour that helped me a lot.

I was fortunate enough to participate in a 1 week executive coaching session delivered by Theresa. Theresa managed to present and explain all topics in a very lively and understandable way. She uses methods skillfully and in a meaningful way. The facilitation of the workshop was perfect. It was a lot of fun to work together with her, professionally as well as humanly. Rightly 5 stars in all categories! I hope that I will be allowed to "work" with her again in the future. :-)
