I was faced with the decision: to have a 5-year-old vehicle repaired or to lease a new car?
After talking to my trusted Skoda salesman and weighing up all the repair and wear and tear costs I would incur, all I needed was an attractive model with a suitable offer. My key data were fully taken into account in the offer. The test reports by independent experts on the Internet, the price/performance ratio of the selected car type and the customized offer made the decision easy for me.
Was the decision within 2 days too hasty? No. I feel very comfortable with my new car.

I can recommend the company to anyone who wants to lease a vehicle. I found the offer on a leasing portal. The very next morning, I was contacted by an extremely competent and friendly employee on the phone to discuss the conditions. Just 2 hours later I had the written offer. Even with questions about the contract and the further process, I was always perceived as a customer and I was offered a SUPER SERVICE in a timely manner. TOP!!! Dear Mr. Hansen, hello Ms. Schach,

From my point of view, almost all points can be rated as very good - but hats off to the quality and speed of the entire process. All questions and comments/topics were answered immediately and excellently! No pressure was exerted, but simply all the necessary information was provided promptly; you know exactly what you are doing and what makes your dealership tick (which sets it apart from other dealerships of other brands!...).

The vehicle I chose is (still :) ) a hit - I now recommend the Mustang Mach-E and your dealership.

If you are looking for a fly in the ointment, then the ladies at reception should be a little more empathetic if you arrive slightly late for the handover appointment after a long journey from NRW; otherwise everything was really great, thank you!

We approached Mr. Marzilger as a consultant and everything was well planned and organized from the first email contact to the visit and then collection of the car. We have now bought our second car there and I can only say, keep up the good work.
Questions were always responded to very quickly and answered by e-mail or telephone, it's a shame that there isn't such a car dealership here in Nordhausen, they can not only cut off a slice but several :O). Thanks from the Oehlert family😉

As I have been a customer of the dealership for several years, even since the days when it was M&S Ford and I bought a Ford again, I would say that I am very satisfied and feel that my cars are in good hands there. I can only recommend this dealership and have done so several times. You can always find small deficits everywhere, because nobody is perfect, but they are dealt with in the best possible way and sorted out. Super!!!

The damage to our car was kept within limits thanks to the competent advice we received. Alternatives (replacement car) were offered immediately.
