Ms. Knöpfel was flexible in making appointments and took her time for the consultation. She was friendly but realistic in her assessment of our case. Further contact was uncomplicated via email. Ms. Knöpfel sent us all documents and written correspondence on our behalf in a timely manner. So we were always informed about the progress of our case. Should it be necessary, we would visit Ms. Knöpfel again at any time.

After I was not even allowed to present my case to other lawyers, I received an appointment with Dr. Knöpfel at short notice and after a conversation and the handover of documents, everything went smoothly for me. The statement of claim was submitted relatively quickly and, to my greatest delight, we won the dispute after a few weeks. I can highly recommend Dr. Knöpfel.

I had a real problem, she helped me perfectly.
Very quickly I got an appointment to explain my problem.

Dr. Knöpfel is an absolutely competent specialist lawyer in banking, credit and insurance.
She works quickly, thoroughly and goal-oriented and got the absolute maximum out of my case.
Although she practices almost 400 km away from me, contacts with her by phone, mail and e-mail were possible without any problems, so that one can recommend her without further ado even if one is not able to travel to her personally due to distances.
