Direct to Garment Textile Printing ...The latest technology on the textile printing market is the Direct to Garment process.
This process is particularly suitable for extremely complex prints in short runs.
The printing prices for this process please ask directly, since it depends here specifically on the textile to be printed, please tell us all the
information available to you, if you have a file or graphic, please send it with the request.

Flex print and flock print
The motif is cut out of one or more colored adhesive foils by cutting plotter and then transferred to the fabric with a transfer press.
With this process, only a few print colors per garment are possible or cost-effective to implement.
Special materials can also be processed in this way, e.g. reflective foil (high-visibility vests).
This printing variant is not only suitable for pure cotton, but also for all conceivable polyesters, felt, synthetic fibers and also papers, among others.
This printing method is particularly suitable for trade fair, corporate and club clothing.
Dye sublimation
The fabric or ceramic is printed indirectly, the motif is printed with four-color coated sublimation inkjet inks.
The prints are transferred to polyester fabrics with transfer presses at 170°C - 200°C.
The inks sublimate gaseously into the hot polyester fiber, therefore the motif is hardly noticeable.
Washing resistance of the print is higher than that of the processed textile. The number of colors is not limited, photo printing is possible.
Only special types of textiles can be printed.
Depending on the ink and printing software, the prints will be intensively color-correct or the color space will not be one-to-one with the color space of normal inkjet inks.
OKI White Toner Printing System
The OKI white toner printers offer you the possibility to transfer almost any colored print motif onto dark or colored textiles and other print substrates, e.g. ceramics, cardboard, wood, metal and many more.
Special features of the white toner
The white toner not only serves as a white printing ink, but also ensures sufficient toner density on the transfer medium,
which enables the transfer of pastel shades.
This makes it possible to achieve printing results that were previously impossible with any other toner transfer foil.
The advantages at a glance
Suitable for printing on dark textiles and solids
Cotton, polyester and blended fabrics possible
No cropping or weeding necessary
Personalized short runs & one-offs possible
Almost any print motif can be printed
Transfer foils for textiles and solids such as wood, metal, glass
Screen printing
The printing form of screen printing consists of a frame covered with a fabric.
A stencil is applied to the fabric photographically (sometimes by hand in artistic works).
The stencil prevents the application of ink in those parts of the printed image that should not print.
The printing forme is fixed in a printing machine over the material to be printed (substrate).
Now printing ink is applied to the fabric and spread (squeegeed) onto the substrate through the open areas of the stencil using a rubber squeegee.
The ink is pressed through the meshes of the fabric and applied to the surface to be printed (e.g. foil, fabric).
After printing, the printed material is removed from the machine and laid out to dry.
