Together with Mr. Bähr we found the best financing for us. The advice, communication and rapid forwarding to the financing bank were excellent and very professional. From the first contact, we were always advised in a friendly, very customer-oriented manner. We were always 100% involved and in the conversation even small stumbling blocks were always considered positively and weighed realistically.

For us it was not a matter of course that the financing would work out. But with patience and a lot of confidence, we were accompanied with a good feeling in our stomachs until the financing and now also beyond. Even if it hadn't worked out, we would have come out of it with a huge thank you.

So, of course, it is doubly nice that we get our house financed and continue to feel very well taken care of.

We were advised by both Mr. Hinze and Mr. Richter for the financing of our building project. Customer service, family-friendliness and flexibility are absolutely capitalized at Top-Baufi. Mr. Richter came to our home even at a late hour for consultation and application. So we could talk through our desired financing in a very family-compatible way. The professional advice was extraordinarily good at all times and even after the completion of the financing we are always very well supported if there are any questions.
Overall, we really feel very well taken care of at Top-Baufi and would gladly recommend them at any time.

Astonishing great consulting. The team around top baufi is always reachable and deeply informed. They're all well skilled and do always care much more than they need for their consulting job, e.g. clarifying very subjective questions with the bank even after signing our contract with it.
We always felt very well consulted by comprehensive people!

I would suggest top baufi to every single friend who needs service like us towards financing a house.
