PC had to be changed, because Windows 7 now did not run at all. Simple installation with stick. Had pulled down all files in advance and saved them externally, since it was not known to what extent they remain. I could have saved this work. The program inquires this and the remaining files were all there after the reinstall. Windows 10 runs flawlessly. You just have to be careful at the beginning which version you download.
Good support when switching from Office 2013 to Office 2016.
Especially the help with the activation of the program was very good.
