Overall, we were very satisfied, although a few points kept us from a flawless vacation. Vllt. there are solutions to this.
1. the first hotel had changed the name and was thus not to be found for us on site. A phone call did not help us, because on the booking confirmation was not the required room name, but the confirmation number.
2. when the ferry was cancelled due to weather, we were not informed about it, because our email address was not deposited.
3. at our last hotel there were again problems with the check-in, because there was no reception, but the check-in should be announced one hour in advance.
This info was supposedly controlled via the Expedia portal, which we had no access to and of course no idea.
Because of this, we spent a lot of time waiting and searching, which we would have preferred to spend differently after some exhausting journeys.
Otherwise, everything worked wonderfully, we liked all the hotels and there were no problems with the bookings of flights and ferries.
