The company responded quickly to my inquiry and someone was always available by phone for follow-up questions. The quotation was quick and straightforward, and what I particularly appreciated was that it was realistic from the start. I asked several companies, some gave a much too low sum in the initial offer, only to correct it upwards when I got more specific - a business practice that I consider dubious. Not so here: T&U correctly recorded all bid components and quoted a reasonable and realistic mid-range price.
The helpers came on time, were very friendly, a well-coordinated team and the "boss" had everything in view. Professional, fast, correct, clean. I also had two small spontaneous things (hang the door, for example), that was also done immediately.
All in all, a top job that was delivered during my move from Esslingen to Munich, everything was fine, I can highly recommend it.

Quotation preparation based on pictures absolutely uncomplicated, subsequent changes to the offer possible without any problems. The move itself went smoothly - quickly and yet carefully.

We are thrilled. From the hassle-free, personable reception via video call to the very last box, our expectations were met or exceeded. Mr. Ali and his team took the best care of our household goods. They were punctual, repacked everything we didn't have perfectly packed. Loaded and carried the next day (with a tremendous performance up to the 4th floor of an old building. Here, too, we paid attention to safety. Not a single part has worn a quirk from it. To make a long story short: I would recommend the company to my best friends and keep quiet about it to my enemies. Move from Stuttgart to Hamburg in March 2021. In advance, my apartment was inspected by the owner, Mr. Ali, the required number of boxes and packing materials and the loading area of the truck were perfectly estimated.
On the moving day, Mr. Ali and 3 helpers arrived on time and quickly loaded everything from the 4th floor. Furniture and lamps that were not pre-packed by me were very thoroughly packed by the troops themselves.
The following day, the arrival was also on time, Mr. Ali and 2 helpers were on site. All furniture and items have survived the move completely intact.

Communication with the office regarding questions and coordination also ran smoothly. Mr. Ali employs his own staff for this purpose, who are professionally dedicated to the organization and accounting.

In terms of price, Mr. Ali's fixed-price offer was in the lower middle range. There were no problems or discrepancies with the fixed price and the final invoice.

I unreservedly recommend the services of T&U to others.
