The friendly, competent and down-to-earth manner of Mr. Tuscher Jun. particularly stands out. Time is taken personally for an individual inspection. Here no mass processing during the apartment inspection as this is unfortunately often the case elsewhere. Mr. Tuscher was available at all times for all questions with advice and action and was personally committed to the successful placement of the apartment. I can recommend him to other applicants with a clear conscience.

We are very satisfied with the work of Mr. Franz Tuscher Jr. He knows the situation in our community (Vaterstetten) and is able to assess the market well.
His calm and down-to-earth manner is very pleasant and his competence is convincing. According to feedback, the prospective tenants also feel well looked after and treated fairly.
Over the years, Mr. Tuscher has completed several assignments to our complete satisfaction; we can fully recommend him.

The cooperation with Immobilien Tuscher was highly professional, very reliable in his actions and the implementation of promises, communicative, short response times, reliable in the evaluation of offers, balanced proposals for further action, successful closings including all contract documents.
In short: it was fun to work with Tuscher. I have always felt in very good hands with Tuscher and would hire him again as a reliable partner at any time. I have now been working with Tuscher for more than 5 years and on several projects.
