Coaching with heart hits the nail on the head. Ulrike puts her heart ♥️ihre experiences and above all her sensitivity into every coaching session. 💯I felt so picked up and connected with her. Of course, a coach has to speak to you on a certain level and you have to be on the same wavelength fühlen‼️ I felt this connection with Ulrike right from the start. That's why I can wholeheartedly endorse her 100% from my feelings at ♥️empfehlen. Especially because she always stabilized me and completely took the pressure out of everything! That alone was an absolute added value for me. ♥️

It is hard for me to find the right words for the evaluation...No word can sufficiently describe how the coaching with Ulrike is. - It is not a word, it is a FEEL!

I have been through very many different types of therapies and coaching in the last 1,5 years,but always had the feeling "something is missing". I found this "something" with Uli. Through her, after more than 22 years, I have learned to feel again, to deal with myself in a more loving and understanding way (I didn't think this was possible until now), to let go of my perfectionism and old issues more and more and to listen to my heart again and to trust.

I don't want to belittle the work of psychologists & Co., but it is a world of difference whether someone accompanies you, who has learned all this "only" from a textbook or someone who has lived through it himself.
Uli's heart is in it and you can see that in every single call, in every single message, in every single line. - I know nothing comparable.

I have already attended several seminars on the subject of personal development, but none has touched my heart as much as this one!
Seeing Ulrike live with her warm and very special way was incredibly beautiful and her positive energy is simply infectious. I found it especially great that there were many practical units and much of it was accompanied by music, so that I was able to feel even more than simply answering questions. The small number of participants made it super personal and intimate. I felt very comfortable and the longer journey was totally worth it. Happy to do it again anytime!

I did not think it possible after more than 30 years of eating disorders to say, yes healing is possible, through Ulrike I have made my way step by step. Every single coaching brought me further. I am so happy to have met Ulrike, it was the best decision of my life!

The Life Workshop surpasses everything, in the group you can exchange ideas and topics come up that we have just worked on directly, emotions come up, from crying to laughing, everything was there, I was able to take home so many insights, this workshop weekend I will never forget. After thinking for a long time whether to sign up for this workshop, I listened to my heart and booked it.
I can say that I am still inspired by this unique and healing two days. I learned and felt a lot. I was allowed to be me and was picked up where I was. Authentic and empathetic coach! I felt at all times in good hands and was not left alone with emerging feelings! You just notice that Uli does her work from deepest conviction! No rigid "working according to a script" but spontaneous and intuitively tuned to the group! I believe that the weekend has brought me a lot further on my way!

I was allowed to be a participant of the first live workshop of Ulrike. At first I thought about whether I accept the 400km drive and the associated costs. But I said to myself, just take a look at it. Thought, booked and.....begeistert.
I went to the workshop without any great expectations. I just wanted to let everything come to me and see what happened.
In retrospect, I can only say that the trip and the investment were 100% worth it. It was two fantastic days in a really beautiful, relaxed atmosphere with a magical Ulrike.
Ulrike did a wonderful job with the workshop. You could tell from the beginning to the end of the workshop that she prepared with all her heart and was passionate about the two days and took us all with her loving, warm and sympathetic nature.
Often you go to seminars where you are bombarded with sound, almost fall asleep and are glad when you are back home. I can only say that this workshop is definitely different. I never had the feeling, when is it finally over, quite the opposite. This was not least due to the fact that Ulrike did not stand in front and reeled off monologues, but she actively involved us with meditations, music and dance in addition to the theoretical knowledge transfer. Ulrike told us about her own experiences and each of us could contribute at any time if we wanted to. There was simply a relaxed atmosphere.
Her warmth of heart, joy, authenticity, energy and empathy could be felt at all times. It was a wonderful time with some teary eyes but also a lot of laughter. It is so nice that I was able to meet unique people there.
The workshop really uplifted me so much and gave me energy to continue on my path to reach my goal. I can only recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to find and develop themselves.

As already said on site, the food was not really the cracker.
Otherwise it was coherent for me.

What can I say it was an experience that I have never been allowed to make so
Ulrike has brought us first of all on the same level so that we all know what's going on

She was so full of energy, love and empathy that she immediately sawed me off, you immediately felt how you become more energetic.
Then this feeling of Ulrike for each individual.
I myself was able to experience it
I had a phase during the workshop where she then briefly interrupted and gave me the opportunity to find myself again in my energy together with her in individual conversations.
There she also unconsciously fulfilled a small dream through her inspiration and threw me totally unprepared over a thick red love.
I felt that I had gone beyond all my limits, but I went through with it.
What can I say it was a gailes feeling afterwards
I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to develop, who wants to reorganize his life in the most beautiful ways is right there.
Anyone who wants happiness, joy and freedom in their life again should not miss this workshop with this woman and this coach.

I got to know Ulrike in a preliminary meeting and the chemistry was right from the start. She is a great empathetic woman who puts her heart and soul into her work. She supported me very well and helped me move forward. I am so grateful.

I am so grateful that I have found you, dear Ulrike, and that you accompany me so supportively on my way out of the eating disorder.
I have already had several therapies and 2 stays in the clinic, but they have not had any lasting effect. I was looking for an alternative, because I knew that clinic and therapy, in the form in which I experienced them, would not bring me any further on my goal to get rid of the eating disorder. Then I actually came across Ulrike by chance on the Internet and contacted her directly.
Already in the impulse conversation I noticed that the chemistry is right and she understands me so well and can put herself in my shoes and understand my feelings, thoughts and fears, which is not least due to the fact that she herself had an eating disorder for 20 years. In my eyes, that's what makes it work.
I notice with Ulrike that she is so passionate and full of warmth about her work and me and always gives me uplifting and motivating words and impulses that are so helpful.
I am not a client whose file is put away in the closet after the coaching appointment and taken out again shortly before the next appointment. No, with her I feel like she is always in touch with me. When I have good moments she celebrates them with me and when I have bad moments she gets me out of there.
She always manages to move me on and steer me in a positive direction. I really appreciate that about her.
My path is still very, very long but I feel that I am on a good path and I am learning to trust myself more and more and to perceive and appreciate the positive moments, not only with regard to my eating behavior but also in my further actions. Because eating alone will not make me healthy, I learned that from the clinic visits, where the focus was mainly on weight gain.
I am so incredibly grateful to Ulrike for her warmth, her empathy, her sensitivity, her openness, her motivating, uplifting, positive nature...... She is truly a wonderful woman who carries out her work as a couch as a vocation with heart.

I can say from the bottom of my heart that coaching with Ulrike is the best thing that could have happened to me. I had already listened to Uli's podcast before we had closer contact. Then I posted a topic/question in the group on Facebook and our connection came about. She is a heart person and has the gift of empathy. Each coaching is individual, because she feels what moves you and where the construction site is. It is unbelievable what energy flows. I know myself how it is to be in this cycle and how it feels. I have understood a lot in theory, but the practice, the feeling, the subconscious is the point where everything changes. Uli has the sense to perceive this and if you are willing to do it and live it, it will change your life. The best thing is that you are not alone! Uli is there for you and helps with all the forces and angels that are there for you.

I can imagine that you think it sounds so great, too good to be true. It is really so!
Uli can do it! I am the proof and also always ready to make a phone call and confirm this.

The biggest critic was my mom, she is also one of the biggest pivotal points on my healing path. She had read the reviews of Uli and said that can not be true and is "Hocus Pocus"... I can tell you, even she is now of the opinion that Uli is the best thing that could happen to me and she is happy that I have found a way out through Uli.

Uli has not only healed me, but also the relationship with my parents and also between my parents (they are divorced and this was also an issue...).
