I don't know of any training that is more practice-oriented and always very up-to-date. All cases and situations are addressed. I especially like that the whole thing is done with a lot of humor and passion!
In addition, you can not hear the examples and exercises often enough !
This was my first seminar with Umberto Saxer and definitely not the last. The extensive theory coupled with a wide variety of examples from different industries have brought me light years further in terms of thinking. Umberto Saxer knows how to present the material in such a way that it is easy to understand and can be adapted and applied to one's own industry. The immediate practical effect is really good. I was able to implement and apply the newly learned knowledge immediately in the customer meetings after the seminar. The only thing that I think could be improved is the bad tone. For me as a German, it is already somewhat difficult to always understand the "Schwizer-Dütsch", but if the audio frequency also sounds extremely muffled, the spoken word echoes and rolls over.
It was very interesting, quite exhausting - but through the integration of the texts from the webinar participants very good and with the feedback I was also able to take away a lot for myself.
I will certainly recommend this method and visit again.
The online seminar was quite excellent. The break sequences were optimally chosen. A very entertaining seminar with extremely interesting content. THANK YOU!
A more precise info which active interactive participation via chat function is possible, would have been good ... a subsequent resolution of the tasks or a completed copy of the script would complement the rework once again good
