Our move took place at the end of October 2021. We chose Umzug & Möbeltaxi Star because we were promised to complete the move in one day (other companies had provided two days) and because we had a good feeling from the beginning.
The good feeling turned into a very good one during the course of the move. We felt that our household goods were always in the best hands and were particularly pleased with the extremely pleasant, polite and courteous manner of everyone involved. Absolute top professionals!
We thank you for the competent, friendly help and would do our move again with Umzug & Möbeltaxi Star anytime!

Wir hatten einen Besichtigungstermin heute von 18.00-20.00 Uhr. Wir warteten geduldig, aber es passierte nix, keine Rückmeldung oder Absage. Wir riefen die Firma dann nach 20.00 Uhr an und wollten wissen warum keiner kommt. Leider kam nur ein Versuch sich rauszureden. Wir werden diese Firma nicht buchen, das beste Umzugsunternehmen, wie sie sich selber nennen, würde so nicht handeln. MFG

I have asked Möbeltaxi Star in Dortmund three times for help. And was fully satisfied three times. The administration can always be reached via WhatsApp. Requests are answered quickly. Even if you contact Möbeltaxi Star at short notice (less than 24 hours), you still get a transporter. The movers were very friendly, hardworking, reliable, neat and fast. One is not left in the lurch. If need be, the movers work overtime. My items were loaded professionally (saving space) and all arrived safely. Möbeltaxi Star made my move very easy. And of course I would like to thank them for that. Next time I move, I will contact Möbeltaxi Star again. Again, many, many thanks for your work.

Die Buchung im Vorhinein war sehr entspannt und einfach; allerdings haben die beiden Jungs, die bei uns geschleppt haben, am Tag vorher einen Umzug bis 12 Uhr nachts gemacht, was sich dementsprechend (und verständlicherweise) auf ihre Leistung bei uns auswirkte. Und natürlich brauchen die Beiden Pausen, die haben sie genommen, wann und wo sie sie brauchten. Aber letztendlich haben wir für die angefangene 6. Stunde mit gezahlt, obwohl sicherlich eine knappe Stunde für Pausen draufgegangen ist.
Ich denke, das sollte vertraglich im Vorhinein vereinbart werden.
