There was an immediate response. Unfortunately, no longer after installation of the devices. Apparently overloaded also not available by phone. Thus, the dehumidifiers were operated unnecessarily long. The main problem, however, was not taken into account. However, this was immediately recognized by the technician who was to dismantle the dehumidifiers and fixed. Had valded been available the drying would have been significantly shortened

I can't say much about advice and price, since everything went through insurance and property management after a pipe burst. Overall, the impression is very positive. Competent and friendly employees who do their work quickly and cleanly. I hope the good work is also rewarded accordingly. I would seek contact with this company in the case and can recommend it.

Damage analysis, demolition and drying work were all proper. Workmen so far competent and clean. Deadlines were always met.
Repair is still pending, but I am confident that this will also work out.

Professionalism on the part of the supervisor came over during the claims intake and processing. However, there was a bump in the execution of the work. However, the subsequently recommended trades for restoration were highly overpriced and were rejected by the insurance carrier. This did not support the positive impression of valded GmbH. Too bad!

As far as the subcontractors are concerned, you mentioned yourself that we are merely making a recommendation here. Unfortunately, we have little influence on the prices.
