Originally, we were interested in another apartment in the house in Neukölln, but the colleague from Vandenberg quickly knew what we were actually looking for and then arranged a viewing appointment for us in an apartment that was still rented at the time. We were immediately in love with the 2-room apartment and everything fit. No matter what we needed in terms of documents for the bank, the colleagues were always available and delivered quickly. And even when we needed clarification after the purchase because of an old gas boiler, we were quickly supported. After we have probably visited around 30 apartments, I can state: With other properties, we were rushed into decisions or sold difficult locations rather than premium. At Vandenberg, we appreciated the realistic assessment of the properties and the fact that they were always willing to discuss the final purchase price.
