Vera was very competent and had a lot of experience from other companies. In addition to very helpful theoretical content and methods, she also addressed the real practice of the participants very concretely. In particular, the blended learning approach with follow-up, app and internal follow-up appointments contributes to a sustainable integration of the topics in everyday life. I would therefore recommend FreiStruktur without reservation at any time.

I admit I was quite skeptical at first because I had a bad experience with a previous course on time management. However, there it was a different trainer and a different provider.
However, this skepticism completely disappeared within the first hour and I was able to enjoy an exceptionally good training with a very competent, nice and, at the crucial points, empathetic trainer.
Even though I already knew and applied my own things, there were still a lot of new impulses and thought-provoking impulses.
I can only recommend it to everyone.

I have come to know Vera as very well organized and structured. She always prepares very well for appointments and you notice when you work with her in a meeting how well she has everything in view. She works very time-responsible and knows exactly, at the end of the day you have reached your goal. If you want to achieve more, I recommend...work with Vera!

With Vera Szymansky we had a very successful and goal-oriented retreat. It was goal-oriented in the sense that Vera's sensitive moderation and leadership, which responded to the emerging needs and situations, made it possible to address the existing problems in an appreciative manner during the course of the retreat, thus paving the way back to constructive and empathetic teamwork. She also provided us with the appropriate "tools" to be able to deal with future problematic situations ourselves as a first step. I would like to thank Vera Szymansky once again for her support and would be happy to do so again at any time!

I booked Vera's online coaching "Reset your Mind" after attending her online workshop "Using Opportunity Planners Right".

The online workshop "Opportunity Planner" was a small group coaching session:
She shines in both individual and group coaching. She did a super job of leading the workshop and answering the participants:in questions in an understandable way & with examples.
The workshop was a stimulating and instructive coaching. Working together was a lot of fun.

Online - Coaching "Reset your Mind" was a personal one-on-one coaching:
I didn't know exactly what to expect in this coaching and as I discovered, I didn't have to. I just knew what topic I wanted to talk about with Vera. She guided and directed me through the session with clear & targeted questions.
I found it very inspiring and encouraging. I felt safe with her, understood and is it a little clearer where my path is leading me.

Vera took a lot of time with me (over 2 hrs) and gave insightful answers that I would not have thought of myself.
I am very grateful to her and enthusiastic about this intensive coaching that I would like to repeat it in 1-2 years.
