Mr. Kraft critically analyzed my existing insurance coverage, researched offers that were a perfect fit across providers, and clarified existing options in terms of retirement planning. He always made the criteria underlying his selection transparent; he also kept an eye on both my priorities and my financial possibilities and pointed out long-term options. He took a lot of time for the consultation (always in person), answered questions patiently and also forgave me for various (scheduling) confusions. At no time did I feel pressured into signing any or even a specific contract. The fact that Mr. Kraft is not only professional but also personable was an unexpected bonus.

The consultation was originally about various insurances for a house or insurances for the construction phase. In addition, Mr. Kraft then optimized my personal liability and legal protection insurance. So now I pay less than before and have even better benefits.

I really liked the fact that Mr. Kraft was very open about all the details and responded to my individual needs. He compared different providers, answered my questions on all points that were unclear to me, and discussed all the advantages and disadvantages of the individual offers. He then gave me the various quotes and comparisons for further review. Further questions that arose later in details were answered immediately and competently.
What I would like to emphasize is that the entire consultation took place without any pressure or pressure for a quick insurance conclusion. Some competitors can take an example from that.

With Mr. Kraft, after some searching, I finally feel properly cared for all around. Appointments are also available at work-friendly times. The advice is always comprehensive, easy to understand and easy to follow.
I never had the feeling that they wanted to impose something on me. On the contrary, existing contracts are analyzed openly and honestly, and new ones are recommended only if necessary.
This is how you build trust.

Mr. Kraft is very competent and reliable. No matter what question I have he tries to answer it. If he is unsure, he does everything in his power to find a correct and timely answer. Mr. Kraft has a friendly and courteous manner and is in my eyes the best choice. I feel very comfortable with him.

Mr. Kraft has been my personal insurance broker for several years and during this time his commitment has never wavered. It was always important to him that all insurance policies were up to date and adapted to my changing life situations (marriage, moving, children). Mr. Kraft is a very competent expert who is absolutely customer and solution oriented. He has a very broad knowledge and can quickly retrieve facts. In addition, he also looks "outside the box" and advises his customers on aspects that they themselves have not even thought of. I had started my own business and at first I didn't know which insurances I needed and who I could trust in Frankfurt. One is afraid of being badly advised or possibly even being ripped off. I contacted several independent insurance brokers in Frankfurt. Right from the start, Mr. Kraft caught my eye very positively. I made an appointment and let him advise me. TOP! Unobtrusively nice, competent. Could answer no matter what question I had (I had many) immediately. Now for one year I and my business partner are cared for by Mr. Kraft. Since we are a very dynamic start-up, there are always new problems. A short call to Mr. Kraft or simply an email and within a day all problems are solved again, questions answered and you feel completely safe again. All insurance brokers should take a leaf out of their book!
