I have done all but one of the courses and they have all helped me to understand how baby sleep "works" at the respective age phase and how I can respond accordingly. Our daughter learned very quickly how to fall asleep and stay asleep on her own. The older she got, the more challenging issues such as closeness when (falling) asleep and the length of time it took for her to fall asleep became. Here, too, I was always able to get good tips from the courses and if I didn't know what to do, the kinga Baby team was always able to help me with personal advice. I would have liked the personal coaching that I also took part in to have taken place via video so that I didn't have to write everything myself with my baby in the carrier. A short 2nd feedback session afterwards would also have been nice. I will go through all the courses again with our second child and would definitely recommend kinga Baby. The only personal problem I have noticed with the courses is that I expect sleep to go smoothly if I follow everything that is taught in the courses. For us at least, this doesn't always turn out to be the case for several weeks, which leads to frustration for me.
