When assembling the gripper arm / down holder noticed that the accuracy of fit of the lower molded piece is unfortunately not quite perfect, ie the milled slotted holes should still be a little "longer" so that this can be mounted without play!
Compared to other complete offers from pallet fork and gripper arm BEST price-performance ratio !!!!

After the first use, I am very satisfied with the wood chipper. However, the folding cotter pins from my lower link ball catchers Cat II do not fit through the holes in the lower link mounts.
Drilling out the cotter pin holes will be difficult because the material thickness at the end of the lower link locating pins will then be very thin.

GH70Z coarse shredder

My purchase was some time ago, but I have only now made the first proper test.
As far as can be judged so far, I am satisfied with the quality and construction.

Since we heat with wood, we work up to about 4..5cm everything. We had 2 nice piles which went through the chipper in about 1.5h. The result was 1 to 1.5 m3 of chopped material. With the very thin stuff he had the problem that it h wrapped around the blades. But it did not disturb the operation. But you can't avoid opening it at the end for cleaning. Was just fresh and partly lianas. With this, the system has some difficulty, but half so bad....

Am satisfied in any case and would buy this shredder again.

Material coiling is *occasionally* an indication of too low a PTO speed, it is quite possible to work with 1,000 rpm PTO for very fine material (follow the instructions). Alternatively, the material can be left for a longer time, but of course this is not always possible and not for every application.
An alternative is to allow a larger piece to pass through - but this is not always possible.

We ordered a coarse chopper GH-100-Z at the beginning of September 2022 and received it a few days ago. As a Swiss customer, I was initially concerned, since I could not order the device from a domestic agency, to order directly from Vielitz GmbH. But everything worked out perfectly. From payment processing, customs clearance to punctual delivery, everything was great! The shredder is very nicely finished and the accessories are perfect. A very good and reliable purchase. The price is fair. Upon delivery, I noticed the very stable and clean packaging of the device as this is usually not the rule. Only small downer is the stretch film, which should go more environmentally friendly. The device has so far fully met my expectations.

Frankly, the stretch film has been bothering us for a long time and we are looking for an alternative. Something that really holds up doesn't exist in this regard according to the packaging suppliers.
However, if you have an idea, we will be happy to listen to it. It may also be a somewhat more expensive solution.
For parcels, for example, we have been using corrugated cardboard instead of bubble wrap for years - it works perfectly!
