This was the first time I've chosen to prepare with coaching remotely.
My coach Martin planned my weeks on a coaching platform, and my training results were automatically uploaded for the feedback loop. He adopted the plan for my condition and environment.
You feel more accountable and encouraged with a coach, which is more fun!
In the end, I not only had a fantastic experience at the event but also beat my PB to below 1:40h.
I can highly recommend Martin for coaching!
