Wir haben einige Pflegedienste für meine Großmutter im Haus gehabt (wir wissen, wir sind keine einfachen Kunden). Bei keinem wurden wir so gut und kompetent betreut, wie jetzt von Visana: kompetente, einfühlsame und engagierte MitarbeiterInnen, die auch mal Dinge machen, die nicht direkt im Pflegekatalog stehen (Stichwort Füße eincremen oder ähnliches). Vielen Dank dafür!
Wir könne Visana uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren schon bei einigen Pflegediensten, aber bei Visana werden wir definitiv bleiben. So gut und kompetent wurden wir noch nie betreut.
