I enjoyed the training. The content was very interesting and comprehensive. The atmosphere was relaxed, entertaining and humorous, and the interaction was very respectful.
Overall, I was able to compensate for my pelvic obliquity with Vitametik. In my opinion, however, this is not enough. You also have to work on the muscles. Vitametik was very far away from where I was. Unfortunately, the therapist near me worked on exactly the wrong side and that made me lose a bit of confidence. So I drove another 30 km. At the moment I am only doing muscle training and have become much more stable as a result.
I can only recommend the Vitametik training. It has helped me a lot both personally and professionally. Everything is structured and organized so that you can get involved very well. All questions were answered well and quickly. I would personally do this course again at any time.
Vitametics has enabled me to develop further, I can offer it and use it as a basis for my other services. Without vitametics, I find that many things are less successful than with a basis, a foundation that allows you to work simply and efficiently.

I used to have massive shoulder and neck tension and have been going to Vitametik regularly for over 18 years.
Since I discovered Vitametik for myself, I have regained my quality of life and I no longer have a packet in my neck. I can only recommend it, even if it doesn't work the first time, but after the third session I was convinced.
I find the care provided by Vitametik very good. I am undergoing treatment myself. Never too pushy, as is often the case, but attentive and respectful in their treatment.
