Mr. Barenbrügge takes a lot of time to explain facts in a way that is understandable for laypersons. Instead of just working through the tax documents, he takes you by the hand to work out an overall tax concept. For example, he advised me very competently on the appropriate legal form for my company and I do not feel left alone with the next steps. The platform for submitting data is also very clear and practical, and all the employees I've had contact with so far have been very friendly.

After mostly disappointing experiences with a total of 3 tax consultants, the firm of Volker Barenbrügge was recommended to me.
I have been here for over 2.5 years and I am still very satisfied. You feel picked up, Mr. André Tubes manages to explain facts in such a way that no questions remain unanswered. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. All documents can be transferred and evaluated digitally.
We have founded several companies so far and have also successfully implemented complex projects such as the change from a GmbH & Co. KG to a Holding GmbH. All tax audits have been positive.
Therefore, unrestricted recommendation.

What I love and appreciate about working with Volker Barenbrügge and his team is that, even with such a dry topic, there is always a human touch, we meet at eye level and Mr. Barenbrügge provides me with comprehensible answers to all my questions.

Volker is not a classic tax consultant! He likes to go the extra mile for his clients and offers tax consulting as well as tax structuring.
He is an investor and entrepreneur himself, so he is also good at getting to grips with complex issues.

The team around tax consultant Volker Barenbrügge and Volker Barenbrügge himself are extremely fast, reliable and extremely competent. After several attempts as an entrepreneur, I often had discrepancies in the agreement. With Volker and his capable employees I finally feel understood and arrived. I can only recommend this firm.
