Where can I find the all-inclusive package to sell the house?

At von Poll Bamberg, where do I start.

The first question everyone asks is do I need a real estate agent for so much money? The answer is yes, with von Poll it starts with a realistic evaluation of your property, professional preparation of the exposé, house inspections, retrieval of the necessary documents for the sale, contract drafting, notary accompaniment and handover. Everything is done independently and always in exchange with the seller.

Expenses for the seller? None, I am more than satisfied with vP and can freely recommend.

I would sell with vP again. :)

I would not recommend Von Poll in Bamberg. Contrary to my repeatedly expressed request, communication with all parties involved at the same time was not made possible . Also, I was involved in the decision about the buyer only on massive demand and at the same time very pressured. The purchase price was probably the driving factor here, was so not desired by me.

I had looked at several brokers and am very happy with my choice. von Poll quoted and achieved an ambitious but realistic price. In doing so, the team took care of the entire process and even proactively made some touch ups for the presentation of the apartment. Already the first contact with Mr. Dratz to arrange a viewing appointment and the sending of the detailed exposé were professional. We were offered a viewing on Saturday as a matter of course. All further activities, the provision of documents ran smoothly. We always found an open ear for questions. Overall, we felt that our interests as buyers of an apartment were very well represented and can recommend von Poll to others.
