We were accompanied by Mrs. Baumgarten and Mr. Höß in the sale of our house and can recommend them without reservation! We had very bad experiences with realtors in the past and actually never wanted to have anything to do with realtors again, but with Mrs. Baumgarten and Mr. Höß we were absolutely professionally, honestly, committed and empathetically advised and cared for during the sale! We would hire them again at any time!

After things got off to a somewhat slow start, probably due to the sudden turnaround on the real estate market in the summer of 2022, we were then absolutely satisfied and recommend the broker without reservation. Our account manager was very dedicated and took care of everything. We lived in another city and the broker took care of everything on the spot, e.g. decorating the house, raking the driveway before viewing appointments, reading the meter or commissioning workmen because something was defective. This was very helpful and relieving for us. Also the further handling of the sale regarding the notary appointment and the handing over of the house was super and absolutely customer-oriented. Keep it up and thank you very much!
