Mr. Böttcher was a reliable, friendly and fortunately flexible business partner: what more could you want! It helped me that he realistically assessed my property based on his experience, saw advantages of the object, but also clearly named the small deficiencies. I had the feeling that he was honest with the buyer and with me. This was important to me, because I myself could not be present at the sale.So there were many interested parties and the house was sold quickly. I will recommend him to others.
