The advice was very professional, impeccable, open and very honest. We were very pleased with the advice and support throughout the sale of an apartment. The valuation of the property was well evaluated, explained and practically implemented 1:1 even in somewhat difficult times. The company was always available and if the contact person was not present, the appropriate callback was made immediately.
What we like very much is that the company continues to be available even after closing at the notary.

At first I had considered marketing my apartment myself, but then I decided to use VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. In retrospect, that was probably the best possible decision. The sale was carried out in all phases: from initiation, dossier preparation, customer search and selection to the notary and handover of the apartment in a highly professional manner and to the complete satisfaction of all parties involved.
